To improve your confidence it takes time and effort because often we are negetive because of the way our parents were towards us when we were young. Our parents tell us what not to do and what we can do but we may begin to follow them so much that we can't seem to do anything new when we are older.
To change our thought process will take time and effort on our part. We do things because of force of hadit. It can be hard for any of us to go out of our comfort zone and do things that we are not used to doing. Many of us even go out for our morning news paper because of force of habit we may even spend unessesary money on the Web because of force of habit. To begin to be more positive in everything we do we will have to change our habits to help us achieve our ambitions in life.
If you are going for a new job and it is something new to you it's normal to feel nevous about starting. That's something that is highly unlikely to change, but you can give yourself the best possible start by being positive about yourself. Tell yourself simple things such as I can do this or I will do this. Don't say things like I'm no good at this or I can't do this.
Soon as you tell yourself you can't do something you won't be able to do it. Start drumming into your head that you can do things that are outside of your comfort zone and you will start to be more of a success and not that failure you often think that you are. If someone keeps putting you down by saying that you are dumb or stupid ignore them (I know it can be hard) Instead just work on proving them wrong and then they are the ones that will look stupid.
